I will clarify several things in this message and please pin this post for any reference in the future. We launched the token sale in March-May 2021 which was in the bull market. We decided with our early customers that we stand for the common man so the whole Pre-Seed & Seed round between $0.04 - $0.055 was given only to our early adopters. We rejected the offers from GD Capital, and several other ventures who asked us to cancel that deal to give them allocation and they would like to introduce us to influencers, exchanges, market makers, etc. We stood by our principles & did not cancel the already allocated tokens to our first community members who were with us when we didn’t have any idea or concept of making a token sale. By the time we listed on the 30th of May 2021, it was already the beginning of a bear market although the peak was in November 2021. Then the entire 2022 was plagued with a bear market, scams, and regulatory tightening, and under such a situation spending money on marketing is totally useless. Also, truth be told, we did not have much to say in marketing at that point in time also. We were looking for a specific type of quant which was impossible to get and without this missing puzzle, it was impossible for us to finish the SF-SS (AI infrastructure). So this got delayed and so was our marketing campaign. A new exchange listing will cost $750k-$1M on a good exchange at the current market price. This is not listing fees alone but includes the liquidity of $400k similar to that we have on Uniswap, $200 of safety deposit and the rest is exchange fees. First of all, we don’t have that kind of money for such things now and we want to invest all the money in R&D to get amazing products for users. Also, you are wrong if you think only an exchange listing will fix the problem concerning the price action. This should also be accompanied by huge marketing. The first level will be raising awareness of the project on a large scale, then PR, and influencers, and then it makes some impact. There are big projects who go through the above route (going through big VCs) or there are scams that spend 90% of the money raised on marketing, pump & dump, then run away (CryptoGPT). One should understand that our total raise was $3 Million, not $30 Million so it is unfair to expect to spend 30% of the raise amount to exchange listing & another 30% in marketing, and only 40% for R&D. Nothing was a surprise as we are doing what is defined in the whitepaper including adding 100 ETH as liquidity. Mostly importantly, we survived the bear market! Our approach is to launch solid products. We have Swing Bot that is performing consistently so we decided to start with that then SF-SS products are coming so we will intensify the marketing more in the coming months. We will raise awareness of our presence, and products, and even make a free NFT giveaway (having very low use cases which will help in engaging with the NFT community & creates buzz) as we lead up to “Build your own AI Bot”. We have also decided today that by end of the year, we will come out with BCUBE-GPT which helps people with zero experience to come out with trading strategies in Python. All these steps will create “value” and when there is value, it will reflect in “price”. We are currently raising equity seed funding which will help to continue our R&D and also some part of the money will be used for market makers to provide liquidity to $BCUBE, making it attractive for all investors (small or big), at the same time buyback & burn from revenues from Q1 Jan 2024, also burn all the tokens received as fees (already in progress), will help in price action. If we get a market maker as our investor or even an exchange then that can even make our process easy. I believe in the “Slowly but surely” theory than drastic up & down. So to deliver stellar products, we are hiring a “Product Manager” and to drive growth we are hiring a “Head of Growth”.
